Fences, decks, kitchens, baths, siding, and the repair side of the house: rot, water, mold. One crew carries all of it, and the warranty terms ride in the contract, not in a handshake.

From the street it reads as a paint problem. Then one board comes off and the sheathing is soft the length of the wall. We track the leak back to the flashing and rebuild that first, then wrap the wall and hang the new siding, so it isn't a fresh lid on an old leak.

We take out the wall to the dining room, run the island long, and put the sink under the window. Same footprint, twice the kitchen.

A second story off the kitchen, stairs stepping down a yard that drops four feet, railing lights so the dog can find the steps in the dark. The build we like best.
We opened in 2024, so there are no reviews to lean on yet and we won't fake any. The photos above are the argument; the four cards below are the checkable part.
Whoever pulls the board at your inspection is on the crew that rebuilds the wall. We don't broker your project out to strangers.
The terms are written into the contract you hold in your hands. You read them first, then you decide.
The figure we hand you is the figure you pay. A change order in writing is the only thing that can move it.

Down by the water in Everett and Mukilteo, salt air chews through cheap fasteners. We pay extra for the coated ones.
