Everything on this site describes the kind of work we do. Prices, timelines, and scope for your project are set only in a written quote and contract signed by both of us. If the site and your contract ever disagree, the contract wins.
Photos
Some photos on this site are representative stock examples of the type of work described, not photos of Larchmont projects. We say this here and in the footer because most contractor sites will not.
Warranties
Our workmanship warranty is real and it is written into your contract, where its terms and duration are stated. Material and product warranties come from their manufacturers. Nothing on this site creates a warranty by itself.
Response times
We answer as fast as we can, and the response times mentioned on this site are goals we work hard to hit.
Our content
The Larchmont name, the goat, and the content on this site belong to Larchmont Builds LLC. Do not reuse them without asking.
