Water damage restoration / Snohomish County

Water damage?
We get it dry.

First move: shut the water off at the meter or the fixture valve. Then call us, day or night.

You'll get a person who's dried out plenty of flooded rooms. They'll tell you what to do next. We trace the water, dry it to the framing, and rebuild what it ruined.

Freewater assessment
We walk the house with a moisture meter and map everything the water touched.

What you actually get

Water jobs have a way of growing after the crew shows up. Ours is scoped on paper first. Here's what a water damage job covers with us, before you sign anything.

01Trace the water to its farthest edge, not just the wet you can see
02Pull soaked drywall, insulation, and carpet pad before mold can get started
03Dry the wall and floor cavities until the moisture meter reads dry
04Rebuild the drywall, trim, and flooring the water took
05Fix the burst line or roof leak that let the water in
06Written warranty on the rebuild work
Water damage restoration in Snohomish County, WA
The burst line that finds the subfloor

A supply line lets go under a sink and the water runs quiet under the floor for a day before anyone notices the boards starting to cup. We pull the wet subfloor, dry the joists with meters on them, and rebuild the floor once the readings come back dry.

Representative photos of the work we do.

We opened in 2024, so there are no reviews to show yet, and we won't invent them. The four commitments below can all be checked before you hire us.

1
The crew on the phone is the crew at the door

The person who takes your call is part of the team that shows up with the fans.

2
Warranty inside the contract

You read the terms before we open a single wall.

3
The price holds

The quote is the number. If drying turns up more damage, the change is priced and approved by you first.

Written
warranty
If a wall we dried and closed up reads wet again on us, we open it and dry it right. The exact terms are in your written warranty.

You read the warranty terms in the contract before you sign. When you call, someone from the crew picks up.

Before you ask

How fast do I need to act?

Today. Mold can get started within a day or two of standing water, and every hour of drying you buy makes the repair smaller. Shut off the source if you can, move what's still dry out of the room, and call.

Do you just dry the surface?

No, because a wall can feel dry while the cavity behind it is still soaked. We dry the cavity itself, check it with a moisture meter, and note the readings in your file before we close anything up.

Will it turn into a mold job?

Fast drying is how we prevent that. Mold needs damp material and time, and the drying takes away both. Soaked material comes out first, the cavities get dried and metered, and if growth has already started we handle that work too.

Do you fix what caused the leak?

Yes, and we fix it first. Drying a room while the line still weeps is wasted work, so the burst pipe, failed supply hose, or roof leak gets repaired before the rebuild starts.

Do you deal with my insurance?

We document the damage the way a claim needs it: photos, moisture readings, and a written scope your adjuster can read. What the policy covers is between you and your carrier, but clean paperwork makes the claim easier to file. Here's how we handle claims.

What to do in the first 24 hours, written out.

We take water calls from every town listed.

If the water's stopped and the panic has passed, the form is the calmer path. Leave your number and a photo of the room, and the person who calls back has dried floors like yours.
