What you give us
If you use the quote form, we collect your name, phone number, home ZIP code, the page you were on, and how you found us (for example, a search or an ad). That is it. No account, no password, no payment details on this site.
What the site measures
We run our own first-party analytics. The site stores a random visitor id in your browser (localStorage, not an advertising cookie) and records pages viewed, clicks, scroll depth, and time on page so we can tell what is working. This data is not tied to your name unless you submit the form. We do not run third-party ad trackers on this site and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
How we use it
To call or text you back about your project, schedule work, and run the business. If you submit the form, your details pass through the delivery services we use to get the message to us (an SMS gateway and a notification relay) and are stored in our private lead system.
Texting
If you give us your number, we may call or text you about your project. Consent is not a condition of buying anything. Reply STOP to any text and we stop.
Your choices
Want your info deleted or want us to stop contacting you? Call or text (206) 735-1286 and say so. That is the whole process.
Children
This site is for homeowners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version goes up on this page with a new effective date.
