Reconstruction
& REMODELING
WHY FULL-SERVICE
RECONSTRUCTION MATTERS
ONE CONTRACTOR,
START TO FINISH
Coordinating separate vendors for demo, framing, drywall, and finishes adds time, cost, and confusion. We handle the entire scope so nothing falls through the cracks.
BUILT TO CODE
Every reconstruction project we complete meets current Washington state building codes and passes local permitting requirements protecting your investment and your resale value.
INSURANCE READY
We work directly with your insurance carrier, provide line-item estimates in the format adjusters require, and keep documentation current throughout the entire project.

RECONSTRUCTION PROCESS
SCHEDULE YOUR ESTIMATE
Once you reach out, we schedule an on-site assessment of your Seattle-area property, review the full scope of damage, and walk you through what reconstruction will involve.
SCOPE & PERMITTING
We develop a detailed line-item scope of work, coordinate with your insurance adjuster if applicable, and pull any required permits before work begins.
DEMOLITION & STRUCTURAL REBUILD
Damaged materials are removed and the structure is rebuilt, framing, sheathing, subfloor, roofing, or whatever the scope requires to current code.
FINISHES & FINAL WALKTHROUGH
Drywall, paint, flooring, trim, and fixture installation are completed to spec. We walk the finished project with you before we close out.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN
YOUR RECONSTRUCTION

On-Site Damage Assessment
We evaluate the full extent of structural and finish damage in person, walls, ceilings, floors, framing, and systems so nothing gets missed in the scope.
Insurance Estimate Coordination
We prepare line-item estimates in the format insurance carriers require and communicate directly with your adjuster to keep the project moving without delays.
Permitting & Code Compliance
We handle all required permits and ensure every phase of reconstruction meets current Washington state and local municipality building codes.
Demolition & Hazardous Material Removal
Damaged drywall, insulation, flooring, and structural materials are safely demoed and disposed of — including any materials flagged during mold or water damage remediation.
Structural Framing & Sheathing
Walls, floors, and roof structures are rebuilt to original or improved specifications using quality materials sourced for the Pacific Northwest climate.
Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Rough-In
We coordinate licensed MEP subcontractors for any electrical, plumbing, or HVAC work required as part of the rebuild — all permitted and inspected.
Drywall, Insulation & Weatherproofing
Interiors are re-insulated, drywalled, taped, and finished. Exterior assemblies are properly weatherproofed — critical in Seattle's wet climate.
Finishes, Fixtures & Final Walkthrough
Paint, flooring, trim, cabinetry, and fixtures are installed to spec. We walk the completed project with you and don't close out until you're satisfied.
